For over 45 years, South Shore Building Services has provided commercial building services to Southern California. As a family operated company, we view our clients as more than just clients— we treat their properties like our own.

Our detail-oriented, white-glove approach provides our client partners with valuable insights and comprehensive solutions, while our highly trained, OSHA-certified technicians deliver industry leading workmanship. Simply put, keeping our client partners and their tenants satisfied and risk-free is our highest priority!

South Shore was founded in 1979 by Ty Eubanks. Still in high school, Ty borrowed $35 from his dad for a bucket, squeegee, and ladder and started cleaning windows. Driven to provide superior service, South Shore quickly grew to serve some of Newport and Laguna Beaches’ most prestigious homes.

Over the past 45 years, South Shore has grown from a small start-up to one of the largest exterior building maintenance companies in Southern California. In 2023, South Shore joined the Valcourt Group, further expanding our resources and support. Throughout, one thing has remained constant: family has always been at the core of our business. Today, South Shore is led by the next generation of Eubanks, Ty’s sons Connor and Tanner.
