Family Has Been at the Core of our Business for Over 40 Years
Ty Eubanks started South Shore in 1979 while still in high school. He never considered getting a “regular” job, so he borrowed $35 from his dad and bought a bucket, a squeegee and a ladder and started cleaning windows. Driven to provide superior service, his business quickly grew to serve some of the most prestigious homes in Newport and Laguna Beach. Ty wasn’t sure that his window cleaning business would support his growing family and he pursued his commercial real estate license and worked for a brief time for Lee & Associates while still running South Shore.
Throughout his career, Ty has served on the I-14 IWCA committee and is currently the Vice President of the Pressure Washers of North America (PWNA) Ty earned his Contractors License in 2000. He is both ground and high-rise certified and holds a Scaffold Inspections & Testing (SIT #25) from Cal-OSHA.
Ty has grown South Shore from a start-up company to one the larger exterior maintenance companies in Southern California and is recognized nationally as a leader in both the window cleaning and pressure washing industries.
Ty has many interests and hobbies including golf, tandem bicycling and of course time with family.
Vickie graduated from Cal State Fullerton with a degree in Communications with a Marketing emphasis. After working in Corporate America for several years, Vickie decided to join her husband in running South Shore Building Services, Inc.
Throughout her career, Vickie has been an advocate for OSHA compliance and has served on the Board of Directors of the International Window Cleaning Association (IWCA) and the Orange County Building Owners Association. (BOMAOC) Vickie was instrumental as Committee Chair for the IWCA-OSHA Alliance. In 2010, Eubanks was proud to head to Washington D.C. to formalize the OSHA Alliance with IWCA
Vickie recently received her MBA in Management from Argosy University. Vickie is owner and Vice President of South Shore. She enjoys time with her family, dancing, poker, golf and tandem bicycling with her husband.
Tanner graduated from Cal Baptist University with a degree in Business Management. During his college years Tanner worked as a basketball/Baseball/Volleyball coach before joining South Shore Building Services.
Tanner started with South Shore in 2012 by joining his fellow crew members out in the field learning all services South Shore provides. After a year of working alongside the operations team Tanner became the operations manager. Tanner also manages South Shore’s safety and training program as well
Tanner’s philosophy was simple: a person will never reach their full potential alone, only with the support and respect of the people around you will achieve true success. Tanner says he feels very blessed to be part of the South Shore Team.
At the age of 16, Connor started pressure washing alongside South Shores Elite crew members. Trained by a 20 year Veteran, Connor learned the proper methods in meeting customer expectations. Knowledgeable in EPA Regulations & CA State Regulations in regards to water compliance concerns, Connor was able to bring value added benefits to customers.
After graduating with a Bachelors in Business Management from Point Loma University, Connor invested his skills into learning more about the Pressure Washing division as well as treating the customer with utmost importance. A professional in customer relations, every customer in Connors portfolio is treated as a VIP.
