Over 40 Years of Excellence
Ty Eubanks started South Shore in 1979 while still in high school. He never considered getting a “regular” job, so he borrowed $35 from his dad and bought a bucket, a squeegee and a ladder and started cleaning windows. Driven to provide superior service, his business quickly grew to serve some of the most prestigious homes in Newport and Laguna Beach. Ty wasn’t sure that his window cleaning business would support his growing family and he pursued his commercial real estate license and worked for a brief time for Lee & Associates while still running South Shore. In 1992, Ty’s wife, Vickie decided to leave her marketing job with a Fortune 500 company to join Ty to build South Shore into a leading Commercial Building Maintenance company. Today, Ty and Vickie, with their sons, Tanner and Connor, run the family business. South Shore has become a leader in the industry with both Ty and Vickie serving on The International Window Cleaning Association (IWCA) and the Pressure Washers of North America (PWNA). Ty is currently Vice President of the PWNA and works tirelessly to improve the safety and training in the pressure washing industry across North America.
