Marc Fertig

Marc has been with South Shore since 2012. He previously spent over 15 years as a commercial property manager. He brings these years of property assessment experience to South Shore as a value-added benefit to our clients by approaching each property maintenance requirement from an owner/manager’s perspective. This eye for detail and attentive customer service gives Marc a better understanding of our clients’ requirements, budget constraints, and need for responsiveness. Overseeing the Orange County and San Diego Region, Marc works with South Shore’s Operation Team and Crew Supervisors to maintain the highest level of service.
